Everything was brand-new, so were excellent views of the setting sun. My superior king room was equipped with a safe and climate control. There was fab food, the staff was lovely. the location was good, just next door to the metro station and santiago 5 and easily accessible. besides, it was around 5 mins walk to araucano park. there were very clean beds and a laptop safe, a mini-bar, and central heating in the deluxe room.

It has marvellous location of all the main tourist areas, in a great area. Make sure to get deluxe king room with the bedroom, the AC, as for instance.
The bathrooms are very bad.

I had the deluxe twin room which was new-fashioned and perfect for potential additional extras. The breakfast was warm and fresh made with the cooked offering which was rather bland, meat, you will not be disappointed. The location was magnificent and stunning, very near the metro station and the interior design was modern.

Super comfy room with potential additional extras and fabulous view of the Andes and the bed surrounded by pillows. Favourable excellent location, outside of all the main tourist areas. Also - not far from Bellavista and shops and restaurants, grocery store and subway.

The hotel is conveniently located in a safe neighborhood, right in the center of Santiago. It is in front of a "Lider express" shop, making it easy to access groceries and other necessities. There are also tourist attractions nearby, allowing for a convenient exploration of the city. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. the breakfast offered is delicious and fulfilling, providing a great way to start the day.
One downside of the hotel is that the prices at the restaurant are quite high.
